Heidi Hustler is from a small town in the province of Bohol, Philippines. She graduated with a degree in Political Science Major in Law and Policy Studies from the University of San Carlos – School of Law and Governance. She is also a Certified International Human Resource Manager by the American Certification Institute (ACI), Delaware, USA. She is currently finishing her Juris Doctor degree at the University of San Jose- Recoletos, School of Law.
She is an accidental entrepreneur, who Co-Founded a Real Estate company at the age of 22.
She is a former Research Officer for an ISO-based consulting firm in the Philippines where she wrote over 300+ manuals, articles, white papers and newspaper publications with topics ranging from Project Management, Human Resource to Leadership and Development. In the same time, she also conceptualized and organized the first ISO Summit in the Philippines that was attended by 100 LGUs nationwide. She is a former Senior Compliance Consultant and Human Resource Officer for a global Japanese business consulting company, handling Corporate Compliance, Human Resource and Marketing. During this time, she worked with various industries including; hotel, mining, education, fitness, tech, pharmaceutical and engineering companies.
Aside from growing her start-up business, she also runs a tech and compliance consulting firm with her bestfriend.
On her free time she likes to spend time with her friends, workout or head to the nearest beach to decompress. She loves a cold glass of vodka cranberry and dancing salsa and bachata. She visits Europe atleast once every year to see her sister and nieces in Norway and her business partner in Germany.
She is an advocate of gender equality and women empowerment. Her other interests include activism, politics, history, travel, fitness and overall making life more interesting and meaningful.
